Need a Playcation™? Drop your little one off at our class so you can find free time for yourself again and your kid can have a fun workout!
Our program combines the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira with physical fitness and dance to help kids build confidence, social interaction and body-positivity through movement, music and mindset. We focus on playing with intention so that your kid has fun and burns off some energy!
Our programs are 6-weeks consisting of one or two 50-minute classes per week. Classes start with Circle Time to share positive moments from the week, followed by a movement warm-up with Dance, Yoga and stretching. Next is our Capoeira section where kids burn off some energy and learn the basics of this fun, Brazilian martial art! After a water break is our Fitness section where agility cones and other equipment are used for fun, interactive games. We end with a cool-down of breath work and our body-positive Playcation Mantra.
Ages 5-10 and all fitness levels are welcome! We look forward to working with your child and helping them reach goals and skills they will use for the rest of their life.
